Return And Exchange Policy

ORDER SHIPPED TO INDIAN/DOMESTIC ADDRESSES

 

We are confident that you loved what you ordered, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help you! You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 14 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.

 

EASY DOMESTIC EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

 

Please follow the below steps when processing exchanges for orders placed online

 1. Please contact us through our hotline number and message us you order number, name and delivery address. You can contact us through Whatsapp and e mail

 2. Once you have requested an exchange then we will arrange a courier pick up to collect your unworn, fully tagged item in original condition and packaging.

 3. When we receive the package we will inspect the package to ensure that all of the above are in place and will proceed to ship out your new product as soon as possible.

 4. Any differences in price will need to be settled prior to the final item being dispatched and we will guide you through this process. We do not offer refunds for new items that are lower in value in comparison to the original item.

 

EASY DOMESTIC RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

 

Please follow the below steps when processing Returns for orders placed online

1. Please contact us through our hotline number and message us your order number, name, bank account details to which you would prefer the refund to be made.

2.Once we have received your request we will proceed to arrange a pick up for the item and we will inspect the item to ensure that the product is in original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

3. After we have finalized the inspection we will proceed with the refund to the bank account that you have mentioned. Please note that it may take 3-4 working days for the refund to process and credit at the source.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

 

We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at info@mimosaclothingindia.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter. Note:There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
